National Skill Qualification Framework Programs (NSQF)

F-TEC has developed and aligned programs under NSQF with respective Sector Skill Councils under NSDC. The programs are of level 4, 5 & 6 which lead to successful placement on completion of specific programs.

Soft Skills

F-TEC has also been working with colleges over the past five years and has developed soft skills modules specifically for college students based on its understanding of market demands and gaps at college level. These modules are delivered weekly which help students enhance their “Communication Skills” and “Personality Grooming” thereby making them employable after completing college.

Skill Academy

This model is best suited to Engineering Colleges, Management & Professional Institutions as well as any other Premier Higher Education Institution offering UG (Under Graduate) or PG (Post Graduate) programs with Mathematics & Economics. Skill Academy offers programs in Data Analytics, Cyber Security and Digital Marketing which are directly linked to job placement opportunities.
