F-TEC Advantage

F-TEC's Skill Development mission is to create skilled youth and make them employable and thus raise their standard of living and contribute to the development of the nation. It’s popularly believed that the first lesson begins at home; F-TEC has adhered to strict standards of quality and has been creating new benchmarks for itself. Innovation is the way we live and we encourage new ideas and problem solving techniques. Our programs come with all the advantages listed below:

Work Book

Work book has been introduced in our curriculum to ensure that every student acquires a defined set of skills after completion of a practical session. This ensures that each student not only absorbs knowledge imparted in the session but also boosts his / her confidence level.

Assignment / Project

F-TEC emphasizes on regular assignments and projects. This helps in the development of problem solving capabilities in all students. Our projects are a combination of classroom assignments and live industry assignments. This offering has given our students a rare opportunity of working and networking with industry professionals while they are studying.

Typing Skills

For certain careers like that of a computer operator or designer, typing speed is an important skill and hence it has been maintained as an integral part of the program module. A minimum of 25 WPM typing speed is required for the student to qualify and earn final certification.

Functional English

English has been named as an important skill that makes a youth employable. Functional English is an integral part of all our programs. We make sure that our students acquire basic reading and writing skills. We also assure that students are familiar with business communication and are able to draft formal emails and / or letters.

Life Skills

Life Skills ia an unique concept designed & developed by Foresight Society of HRD which comprises of personality development, professional ethics, Indian value system and basic knowledge on Indian constitution. We strongly believe that no development is complete if Life Skills are not woven in to youths.

Internship

F-TEC provides its students a one-month industry training opportunity. This is in addition to the periodic assignments and projects and is an integral part of select programs. An internship helps a students to get acquainted with the industry sector and better understand what skills are required to pursue a career in the same.
